Intellectual Property Ownership

All content, software, and digital assets provided by SFK Tech remain the intellectual property of the company. This includes website designs, code, custom tools, and any proprietary software.

You, as the client, are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use these materials for the duration of your service agreement with us. Upon termination or cancellation of services, this license is revoked unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.

SFK Tech reserves the right to modify, reuse, or redistribute any materials we create, except where prohibited by contract.
